Business

Your business could be better but what should change?  What does better look like?

  • Higher labor ratios?
  • Higher customer counts?
  • Fewer bad customers?
  • Better employee performance?

Many times the answer is 'YES'.  But you can't change it all at once.  Let me help you discover, prioritize and help find solutions to these challenges.

Leadership Team

You have talked to your team and explained the priorities.  You have asked for their input but still things aren't changing.  Do you need to hire a new team?  Why do initiatives seem to stall?

This is where I help leadership teams through a Problem Discovery workshop.  We work to reveal the real reasons for regress and develop a plan to address them.

Leaders

Leadership is not for the weak.  It requires growth, discomfort and discipline.

I will work with you to improve your difficult conversation skills, prioritize your effort and negotiate effectively, present ideas more confidently.

Faith

It started off normally enough. Getting ready for work as I normally do. I was on time and was picking up my things to head out the door. As I shut the door behind me, I reached for my keys. Wouldn’t you know it, as I reached for the door to lock it, I lost…
